Isham "Mike" Moore

Isham "Mike" Walter Moore, 67, known to many friends as "Yank", passed away Saturday, January 11, 2020. Mike was born December 14, 1952 in Raleigh, North Carolina, to the late Fredrick Clinton Moore and Doris Jacquelyn Moore.

He worked for many years as a painter, and was an avid hunter and fisherman. He enjoyed gardening, and was known for his kind heart and sense of humor. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by two brothers, Freddy Clinton Moore Jr. and Charles Bolch Moore. Mike is survived by his brother, Thomas Donald Moore, sister, Shannon Moore Juvenal, and several cousins, nieces, and nephews.

A memorial service will be held at Buckeye Baptist Church in Swannanoa, North Carolina, on Saturday, January 25th, at 1pm.
