Michael Calloway

Michael Edward Calloway, 57, born in Asheville NC.

Fisherman, free spirit, hard worker and father of four passed away Thursday, March 25th 2021. Mike made an impact on everyone he met throughout his life. He was known for his work ethic, giving nature and his ability to catch a fish regardless of where he cast his pole. Anyone in need of something built, remodeled or a guiding hand could turn to Mike and he was always willing to lend a helping hand. He is preceded in death by his father Robert Eugene Calloway. He is survived by Daughters Linda, Melissa and Kimberly Calloway of Wichita, KS, Son Ryan Calloway of Louisville, KY, Mother Barbara Robertson of Fort Paine, Alabama and sisters Cindy Day and Patricia Daniels of Robbinsville, NC. In lieu of flowers, please consider contributing a donation to the North Carolina Wildlife Resources Commission in Memory of Michael Calloway.
