Patricia Farmer

Patricia Ann Gibson Farmer, 67, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, December 25, 2019 at Memorial Campus at Mission Hospital.

Farmer was a Buncombe County native and a daughter to Marian Maltry Parker and Hugh Grant, and stepdaughter to Warren G. Parker. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her dear husband whom she loved deeply, Miles C. Farmer. She was also preceded in death by her sister, Betty Miller, and brothers, Tommy Parker, Johnnie Parker, Larry Parker, Billy Parker, and Bobby Parker. Besides spending time with her family, she cheered for her favorite team, Alabama, collected old coins, and loved Mickey Mouse.

She is survived and loved by Sheila Nantz, Teresa Jaap, Cindy Stephenson, Thomas Parker, and Melissa Lewis, and many other nieces and nephews. She is also survived by Steve Parker and Kermit Parker, and other cousins.

Patricia’s services will be a private graveside ceremony. If you would like details on her services, please get in touch with family. A deep thank you goes out to Accordius Health at Asheville for giving her friends and a nice place to live for the last four years.
