Reinna Lewis

Reinna Jean (Cates) Lewis, 71, passed away Monday September 13, 2021 at her residence in Leicester, NC.  She was the daughter of the late L. D. Cates of Bridgeport, AL and Bertha Mai (Marler) Cates of Nashville, TN.

In addition to her mother, she is survived by her husband, Chester Lewis of Murrells Inlet, SC,  2 sons, Marvin Lewis (Anne) of Conway SC, Nathan Lewis of Murrells Inlet, SC, 1 grandson Marvin Lewis III of Conway SC, 4 sisters Janice Thistle, Leicester, NC with whom she resided, Linda Rothman Mililani HI, Wanda Andrews Duxbury, MA and Annette Wallace Weaverville, NC.

She loved the Lord and her family.  She worked many years serving guests and retired from the Wayside Inn in Murrells Inlet SC.  She continued to enjoy serving her family cooking big fish fry’s and traditional bogs.  She loved gardening, harvesting and preserving the produce. She enjoyed searching for and finding great bargains.
